A DRIVER has been clocked with a hilarious apology note taped to his car – letting other motorists know why he was driving so slowly.
TikToker posted the and it’s since gone viral across social media.

The apology was stuck to the back of the driver’s ironically named Nissan Note hatchback, saying: “Sorry!! Nine points on licence.”
And, when the driver and the passenger in the car behind spotted the driver’s hilarious confession, they couldn’t stop laughing.

However, the driver could be in trouble according to the Highway Code.
The Highway Code says: “windscreens and windows must be kept clean and free from obstructions to vision.”
Once you have nine penalty points on your licence, you can’t afford any more.
If you get 12 points within three years you can be banned from driving for six months.
If you get a second disqualification within three years it’s a 12-month ban or a two-year ban if you manage a third.
The TikTok video has had 3.2million views on TikTok and 151,700 likes.
People on TikTok were quick to comment below.
One said: “I couldn’t even get mad if it was driving slow.”
Another said: “Nine points with Nissan Note what happens if he gets a Ferrari…”
A third revealed: “I was behind this before Christmas. It’s some old lady.”
