BTS V’s Hilarious “Taechwita” Moment During “Muster Sowoozoo” Was Actually An Adlib, According To RM

May 24, 2022 by humorouz Leave a Comment

Even though it was almost a year ago, with the release of a new DVD, it seems like ARMYs can’t get enough of everything that happened at BTS‘s Muster Sowoozoo last year. There were some truly iconic moments, whether it was showing off Jungkook‘s tattoo or the editors teasing fans.

Yet, when it comes to the most memorable moments, one of them that always comes to ARMYs’ minds is the iconic “Taechwita.”

During the OT7 performance of Agust D‘s “Daechwita,” V, dressed up in costume, is tied up and seemingly executed by RM. Being the talented actor he is, his pose and facial expression captivated ARMYs’ attention, and they’ve been unable to get over it ever since.

Well, it seems like what ARMYs saw on the night wasn’t exactly what the members had planned when they were initially practicing the iconic moment.

Not only did ARMY finally get to see the transformation from V to “Taechwita,” and the reactions from the members on seeing this new look…

In new behind-the-scenes footage, ARMY got to see the rehearsals with RM and V of the opening moments. In particular, it seems like RM had different plans for the iconic opening which V decided to have some fun with.

In the clip, it seems very different not only with V wearing a blindfold during it but the fact that when RM used his sword, V fell in the same direction.

Yet, RM revealed that it wasn’t always the case. Like what ARMYs saw on the screen, V kept playing around and falling in the wrong direction on purpose.

I strike V with a sword. V kept falling to the opposite direction, even during rehearsals.

As expected, leader RM was always thinking ahead and tried to find the perfect way to deal with this.

So, I decided to adjust to him and started hitting him from the other side.

— RM

Unfortunately, ARMY knows how it ended up as, despite RM’s hardest efforts and attempts to outsmart V, the idol ended up doing exactly the same thing.

Although it might not have been intentional at the start, there is no denying that seeing V fall to the wrong side and his facial expressions after falling was truly iconic.

BTS’s V as “Taechwita” will never be forgotten and will go down as one of the most iconic moments in history. The fact that V made it even funnier with his own adlibs makes it even more epic and showcases his humorous side.

Dave Chappelle Accused Of Telling ‘Transphobic’ Joke. Here’s What He Said.

May 24, 2022 by humorouz Leave a Comment

Some people who attended a Friday night comedy show where Dave Chappelle made a surprise appearance seem to have checked their senses of humor at the door.

The comic was roasted on Twitter for telling what some considered a “transphobic” joke, which was was reportedly a fairly mild quip about a very serious situation. Chappelle was attacked onstage earlier this month by a man wielding a knife made to look like a gun.

Here's The Knife-Gun Alleged Isiah Lee Allegedly Used To Attack Comedian Dave Chappelle

LAPD Handout

Chappelle joked that the guy who tackled him was carrying “a gun that identified as a knife,” according to witnesses who were at the show, which was headlined by comedian John Mulaney at The Ohio State University’s Schottenstein Center.

No phones or recording devices were permitted at the show, so the first clues about what Chappelle had said were from Twitter users blasting the 48-year-old standup star for saying something deeply offensive. Several outlets reported on the outrage without relaying what Chappelle had actually said.

“My favorite part of tonight was when dave chappelle ambushed us at the john mulaney show, told a bunch of transphobic jokes, a massive stadium of people laughed, and then john mulaney hugged him at the end,” one Twitter user wrote.

But when the joke made its way onto the internet, Twitter users wondered what all the fuss was about.

“So apparently the ‘horrendously transphobic joke’ that Dave Chappelle said when on stage recently was that he was ‘attacked by a trans man that had a knife that identified as a gun.’ That’s barely even a throwaway Dad joke and people are out to Lynch him,” tweeted Gary Later Eyes.

Apparently the joke Dave Chappelle said that is causing people to fall on their fainting couches is him saying he was attacked with a gun that identified as a knife.

— Frank J. Fleming (@IMAO_) May 21, 2022

The attack at the Hollywood Bowl on May 3 was no laughing matter. The alleged attacker has been identified as Isaiah Lee, 23, of Los Angeles, as previously reported by The Daily Wire.

Sources told The Los Angeles Times that Lee had a knife hidden inside a replica gun that night, but authorities say that the weapon was in a bag. Apparently, since Lee “only” tackled Chappelle, Los Angelas District Attorney George Gascón declined to seek a felony charge against Lee, sparking outrage.

“It’s a travesty of justice that Gascón is refusing to prosecute this case as a felony,” Chappelle’s lawyer, Gabriel Colwell, told the New York Post. “The city attorney, who filed the case, is doing his job but DA Gascón should also do his job and charge this as a felony.”

Crazy Orange County Mansion Features An A-4 Skyhawk Jet Dangling Over Its Patio (Updated)

May 23, 2022 by humorouz Leave a Comment

A surplus of cash, an empty view lot, and a passion for aviation can lead to some crazy ideas. We have seen a full-on Airwolf replica installed as an art piece atop a mega-mansion and 747 wings being used as a roof on another, but suspending an A-4 Skyhawk attack jet over a massive atrium-like patio is a whole other level of extravagant household aviation art. This is exactly what the owner of 18592 Mesa Drive in Villa Park, California has pulled off.

After hearing rumors that an A-4—a legendary carrier-capable Cold War-era aircraft, some of which are still serving in front line and support roles today—was perched within a new mansion overlooking the Santa Ana Valley, I thought there must be plenty about it online. Supposedly it was fully visible in a relatively dense suburban area and it’s not like exotic Orange Country real estate gets underserved by the press. It turns out, there is next to nothing at all on the project or how, and especially why, the A-4 ended up in such a bizarre setting. Was this some sort of aberration? Or maybe it was now enclosed so nobody noticed it in time when it was initially exposed to look into it?

With this in mind, we dispatched Matt Hartman, our go-to photographer in Southern California, to investigate. What Hartman found when arriving on the scene was a bizarre, but downright awesome, installation.

The home, which is nearing completion, looks ‘hangar inspired,’ and sits atop a bluff among an impressive gaggle of high-priced homes. The A-4 is emblazoned in what appear to be VA-212 markings and is ‘flying’ at a dramatic downward angle that is framed-in perfectly by the structure.

Yes, it is crazy, but it is also pretty damn awesome and dare I say it, beautiful? At least in an industrial design sense. That’s not to say it probably hasn’t raised some serious eyebrows amongst its neighbors, especially considering all the attention such a display will garner. It truly is a home unlike any we have seen before.

Our investigation into this fantastical abode soon led us to its general contractor, Shear Construction. Thankfully its owner answered our call and we were able to get some great details on this incredible mystery mansion.

It turns out, the A-4 was bought in Arizona and trucked to Orange County to adorn the 8,000 square-foot mansion. It was disassembled and reassembled in the house’s living room, before it was craned into its current resting place. The extreme structural support requirements, angle at which the aircraft is hung, and many other aspects of the design had to be carefully calculated to avoid catastrophe (think high winds and wings!) and to make the A-4 look as incredible and dramatic as possible.

Once the house is finished, which will be this Christmas according to Shear Construction, the A-4 will loom over the mansion’s infinity pool which looks out over an impressive view of the valley below. The owner, who, according to the general contractor, is not an aviator, wanted the A-4 as a major conversation piece, especially to wow folks during fundraisers he likes to throw. We have reached out to the owner, but are still waiting to hear back for more details about his incredible creation.

As for the Skyhawk itself, it shows the serial number 154188. This belonged to an A-4F with a rich history serving with the U.S. Navy and USMC, before eventually living out the rest of its active life with the Israeli Air Force, according to warbirdsresourcegroup.org:

A-4F Skyhawk/Bu. 154188*1967-68: VA-23 as NM-301.
*1969-70: VA-23.
*1970: VA-22.
*1970-72: VA-127.
*1972: VA-212.
*1972-73: VMA-223.
*10/22/1973: Struck off charge at NARF Norfolk, VA.
*10/1973: Transferred to the Israeli AF as 605.
*102 Squadron.
*147 Squadron.
*Put into storage at Ovda AB.

The only problem is that the aircraft the serial number is painted on appears to be an earlier model, such as an A-4E, so we can’t confidently provide a history for it at this time. Painting a display aircraft in markings it never wore operationally is hardly a rare occurrence.

So that’s everything we know about the ‘Skyhawk House’ at this time. It has to stand as one of the greatest aviation aficionado dwellings of all time. It really is amazing they pulled off such a seemingly strange idea so well. We can’t wait to see what it looks like when it is finished.

UPDATE:

Shear Construction sent us some awesome images and video of them moving the Skyhawk into position before it was hung. What an amazing project!

Peter Dinklage Says That ‘The Toxic Avenger’ Reboot is Over-the-Top and Crazy

May 23, 2022 by humorouz Leave a Comment

Troma Entertainment and their catalogue of films is as vital as air is to some of us horror fans. The longest-running independent film studio of our time has given us some of the very best in gore and low-brow goodness. Their catalogue is long and varied. From Terror Firmer to Poultrygeist: Night of the Chicken Dead and everything in between. Troma does things in a way that is almost as distinct as a fingerprint. Troma’s big superhero – the face of Troma belongs to Toxie. This is of course the character from the original Toxic Avenger. The film that helped director, producer and Troma Entertainment co-founder, Lloyd Kaufman break into the world of long-lasting and memorable cult film. The Toxic Avenger spawned a few sequels and assisted in building house Troma.

Now, all these years later. Macon Blair is taking over as director of a Toxic Avenger reboot with a gigantic cast of big name actors. The cast includes Kevin Bacon, Elijah Wood, Jacob Tremblay and of course Peter Dinklage. Dinklage takes on the role of Toxie in this iteration of the film.

In a recent interview with Empire Magazine, Dinklage talked about the Toxic Avenger reboot and let fans know that it is still going to be over-the-top and crazy.

“It’s not a remake. I just like guerrilla filmmaking. Those movies, they just made them, no matter what.” Dinklage said. “They just did it because they love doing it. Some of them are not the best, but some are so much fun. When you make movies too clean, it can distance the audience. They want to feel the dirt under their fingernails. I think those Troma films definitely dipped the audience in toxic waste.”

This is great news. No die hard Troma fans want to see this reboot step out of line or attempt to be something that isn’t true to Troma.

The synopsis for Toxic Avenger 1986 goes like this:

A 98-pound nerd (Mark Torgl) from New Jersey lands in a vat of toxic waste and becomes a benevolent monster (Mitchell Cohen).

The Toxic Avenger reboot is produced by Micheal Herz and Lloyd Kaufman. It is being delivered via Legendary Pictures and Troma Entertainment.

Lily Allen posts laughter emoji at meme suggesting Diana is furious about Philip entering heaven | Daily Mail Online

May 23, 2022 by humorouz Leave a Comment

Pop star Lily Allen has posted a crying-with-laughter emoji at a meme which suggests Princess Diana is furious about Prince Philip entering heaven.

The meme, which has been shared by Instagram page Saint Hoax, has used a clip from Super Nanny which shows super nanny herself Jo Frost closing the door on a crying toddler.

The meme, which was shared with the account’s 2.7million followers, was captioned: ‘Princess Diana when Philip tries to enter heaven.’

Lily Allen has posted a crying-with-laughter emoji at a meme which suggests Princess Diana is furious about Prince Philip entering heaven just hours after the palace announced his death

The post attracted criticism at those making light of Prince Philip’s death just hours after it was confirmed by Buckingham Palace this afternoon.

Britain has entered eight days of mourning ahead of Philip’s expected funeral next Saturday, after The Queen announced with ‘deep sorrow’ the death of her husband at the age of 99.

The duke was the Queen’s ‘strength and guide’ throughout their 73-year marriage and her 69-year reign.

Crowds of mourners who were pictured laying flowers and tributes at palaces became so large they were told to disperse because of Covid.

Meanwhile, the post from Saint Hoax, a pseudonymous artist who is described as a social-political activist, has received more than 3,500 comments in the six hours since it has been shared.

Lily Allen commented on the post: ‘I’m dead at the Diana one,’ followed by a crying-with-laughter emoji.

However, not all commenters were as amused with many calling out the post for being distasteful.

Some called out Ms Allen’s comment with one writing: ‘Do you really think this is appropriate? Have some respect.’

Others called out the post itself with one user writing: ‘Wow. There is so much hate in these comments. Someone died. It is not funny.

‘And none of you knows the truth of what happened in the royal family. So please stop being judgemental and relax your nerves. This is quite tasteless.’

Another added: ‘Usually I have found your posts super funny and on point. But now…a man has died. His family and country will miss him.

‘I hope you understand that this is not a good way to find humour.’

A third commenter said: ‘To half the kids in the comments, how would you feel if one of your relatives died and half the internet was poking fun at their death?

‘This is clearly not okay and I’m tired of these platforms failing to draw the line between comedy, satire and plain, vile behaviour.’

Lily Allen’s representatives have been contacted by MailOnline.
