Megan Fox & Machine Gun Kelly’s Pink Hair & Crazy Couples Outfits
Sometimes, the abyss stares back. The psychic strain of existentialism wears upon us all, rarely more than when you both endure and enact an endless parade of ultimately meaningless platitudes about events, people, and things that’ll be forgotten about seconds later.
Then, sometimes, you see Machine Gun Kelly in a cropped popcorn shirt and the scales fall from your eyes.
What really matters? Does anything? No, not really. So, what we ought to do to get to the other side of the day is live in the moment. And Kelly’s outfit, in some bizarre way, is a solid temporary coping mechanism.
I mean, this look is so insane that I almost forgot to be miserable about summer’s terrible weather, for instance.
MGK and Fox were off to the premiere of Machine Gun Kelly’s Life in Pink, a Hulu documentary about the rapper’s career, mental health struggles, all the usual stuff you get from music docs these days.
The Megan Fox-aissance might be behind us but the actress’ every appearance is like a red carpet flashbang, even when she looks like a day-glo Kardashian with her lace-up heels, platinum blonde hair, and full-glam makeup.
The effect actually makes me reconsider the casting of Greta Gerwig’s Barbie rom-com: Margot Robbie is solid casting but Fox is perhaps an even better selection.

All sharp angles and silhouette, she’s arguably responsible for sending the sex symbol stereotype to the dustbin of history, as so many thinkpieces and interviews have unpacked.
In bubblegum pink and with a blonde dye job, she’s easily deserving to be our generation’s Barbie.
With pink hair to match his fiancée, a cropped popcorn shirt, chain-linked white pants that he forgot to finish buttoning, and Rick Owens Ramones sneakers buried beneath the cartoonish trousers, Machine Gun Kelly has almost singlehandedly destroyed the course of my day.
Sorry, yassified Ryan Gosling, but this is Ken for Generation Z.
With his hilarious tattoos, painted nails and obscene amount of flair, MGK is the only person suitable to play the ultimate himbo.
Maybe Barbie 2 will get it right.
Romney Roasts Qanon Crazy Marjorie Taylor-Greene With Saturday Tweet

Republicans like Mitt Romney (R-UT), those old guard establishment GOP members who never quite signed on to their party’s descent into Trumpism, are fighting a battle to keep their party alive in some semblance of its old form. New members like Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (GA) are rapidly undoing their work at the same time.
On Saturday, the beleaguered Taylor-Greene announced that she had spoken to the disgraced, twice impeached, former President Donald Trump, the man who redefined the Republican Party and shaped it to his own liking, and that he gave her his “full support.” In the past three weeks since the insurrection at the Capitol Building on January 6, 2021, Greene has been exposed as having insisted the Parkland and Sandy Hook school shootings were “false flags,” stalked school shooting survivors on the streets to harass them and tell them she was carrying a concealed weapon, accused that both 9/11 and the shooting in Las Vegas that left 61 Americans dead were inside jobs, and supported a theory that Jewish political figures had used a laser beam to start the forest fires in California.
This is the new face of the GOP, and Romney doesn’t appear all that comfortable with the idea.
Romney has famously sparred with Trump over the years, standing as the only GOP senator to have voted to convict him of trying to extort a foreign country in January, 2020. Just one year later, Trump’s crimes have mounted, targeting his own country, and inspiring the kind of whack-job conspiracy theorists like Greene to seek power. It will take more than an admonition on Twitter to correct these mistakes, and it will take more than one Mitt Romney to do it.
Twitter was supportive of Romney’s disdain for what his party is becoming. Read some of their comments below:

Antony, Richarlison, Gabriel Jesus, Casemiro and Lucas Paqueta – the Premier League has gone Brazil crazy with over £350m spent, and Neymar will be delighted ahead of the World Cup
With Brazil the current favourites to win the 2022 World Cup, it’s no surprise that Premier League teams are so desperate to sign their players.
There’s plenty of hope that the record five-time winners could take their first title in two decades, with stability in manager Tite and the pressure finally off Neymar’s shoulders with top class teammates all around him.

Last year was a learning experience for A Selecao, who lost their home Copa America to fierce rivals Argentina, but claimed gold at the Tokyo Olympics.
And now it’s all coming together, as long as big money moves by English sides don’t ruin their players’ form or confidence…
An estimated £350million has been spent by Premier League sides on players from South America’s largest country this summer and their impact is already being felt.
Gabriel Jesus, who will be integral to Brazil’s chances of success this winter, has started life as an Arsenal player with a level of confidence that looks insatiable.
A £45m move from champions Manchester City already looks to be one of the best deals in Europe this season with the 25-year-old getting two goals and three assists in just four games.
Richarlison, who created headlines with a controversial piece of samba skill at the weekend, has been deemed important enough that Tottenham boss Antonio Conte was happy to shell out £60m for his services.

The fee raised some eyebrows with Spurs already possessing one of the league’s best front threes, but the former Everton man’s vital goals and tireless work rate for Brazil at the Olympics made the reason clear.
Elsewhere, five-time Champions League-winner Casemiro saw his mere presence at Old Trafford help Manchester United to a shock 2-1 win over Liverpool, kick-starting the Erik ten Hag era.
Real Madrid got £60m for the serial winner, but with plenty of time left on the clock at the age of 30, his masterful performances in defensive midfield could be the difference for both United and Brazil.

In fact, Ten Hag is so keen on what Brazilians can bring to his squad that he’s made Antony the third most expensive signing in Premier League history, reuniting the manager and player after two years together in the Eredivisie.
Some have questioned the wisdom of the £85m deal, but to question Ten Hag would also be to doubt Tite, who sees just as much in the winger that he will be a regular feature in Qatar.
Elsewhere, West Ham have spent a club record £51m to get Lucas Paqueta from Lyon, while Aston Villa brought in Diego Carlos from Sevilla, and made their loan for Philippe Coutinho permanent for £17m.

Both Coutinho and Paqueta are starters for Brazil, and now have the Premier League as their proving ground ahead of what could turn out to be the biggest tournament of their lives.
Ederson Moraes, Alisson Becker, Fabinho and Bruno Guimaraes are just a few more of the Premier League’s Brazilian stars to have become integral to their sides while Thiago Silva, Joelinton and Andreas Pereira continue to go under the radar.
The Premier League’s Brazilian summer arrivals

Antony, Ajax to Manchester United for £85m
Casemiro, Real Madrid to Manchester United for £60m
Richarlison, Everton to Tottenham for £60m
Gabriel Jesus, Manchester City to Arsenal for £45m
Lucas Paqueta, Lyon to West Ham for £51m
Diego Carlos, Sevilla to Aston Villa for £26m
Philippe Coutinho, Barcelona to Aston Villa for £17m
Andreas Pereira, Manchester United to Fulham for £10m
Renan Lodi, Atletico Madrid to N. Forest £4.7m loan fee
Marquinhos, Sao Paulo to Arsenal for £3m
Neto, Barcelona to Bournemouth free transfer
Not only will Tite be thrilled when he turns on the Premier League on a Saturday morning in Brazil, but Neymar will be too, with the Paris Saint-Germain forward previously hinting this World Cup could be his last, he now has the talent in England to make it a winning one.
And if that’s not enough to end two decades of hurt for the country that made the game beautiful? Well they’ve got Real Madrid’s trio of Vinicius Jr, Rodrygo and Eder Militao to help them over the line.

Queen Elizabeth’s Funny Reaction to the Cambridges’ Kitchen Reno
Picture this: you’re Prince William and you’ve just spent a bunch of money renovating the kitchen in your fancy country “hall” that’s actually a full blown mansion. So you invite your grandmother, the literal Queen, over to check out the vibes, and she arrives in a state of 😐. Which pretty much appears to be what happened to Wills when he and Kate Middleton invited the Queen to lunch at Anmer Hall.
Speaking to People, author and royal expert Sally Bedell Smith recalled “I remember when they had just finished renovating Anmer Hall, and they invited the Queen over for lunch. They have one of those big kitchens with eating areas, and she said, ‘I can’t understand why everybody spends their time in the kitchen.'”
I mean…when you’ve literally never had to cook a meal for yourself, probably makes sense that the concept of people sitting around a kitchen might be confusing. Anyway! The Queen won’t have to hang in the Cambridges’ kitchen for too long, because apparently the couple are moving out of Anmer Hall and heading to Windsor in order to be closer to Her Majesty (not to mention closer to London, where their kids go to school).
Apparently, the couple have their eye on Adelaide Cottage, but there is some slight drama thanks to the fact that Princess Eugenie (who’s been living in the Sussexes’ Frogmore Cottage with her family) was also hoping to move into the home. TBD on what happens, but Prince William and Duchess Kate get priority what with William being heir to the throne and whatnot, so chances are Eugenie will be finding herself somewhere else to live.
