Fun House star Pat Sharp loses radio job after ‘humiliating’ woman with joke about her boobs at award show
BROADCASTER Pat Sharp had the plug pulled on his radio job last night after joking about a woman’s boobs at an event, leaving her humiliated and in tears.
Sharp, 61, star of 1990s TV show Fun House, was compering an industry awards do in front of 400 people when he made the quip about event company boss Lizzy Eaton’s chest.

Greatest Hits Radio, where he had hosted a show since 2019, said his contract was due to expire at the end of March but that he will “not return to the station with immediate effect”.
Former I’m a Celeb contestant Sharp had given Lizzy a T-shirt with his face and famous mullet from his ’90s heyday printed on it — then said: “That’s the only way I’ll get on your t**s today.”
Shocked Lizzy threw the top at him then stormed out in tears.
She later said online: “Yesterday I was publicly humiliated, in a sexual nature, by the celebrity host of an industry event, on stage in front of 400 of my colleagues and peers.
“Afterwards I was in complete shock and hadn’t really processed what happened. Today I am struggling with it — I feel sad, dirty and, frankly, violated.
“I have worked incredibly hard to earn my reputation and hopefully be an inspiration to other young women in the events industry.
“Yesterday however, I was belittled, sexualised and objectified in front of hundreds of people I respect.”
She is considering “taking action” against Sharp following Friday’s comments at the Conference News Agency Awards at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre in Central London.
A source said: “The whole room was silent. She was absolutely humiliated. It went down like a lead balloon.
“He’s clearly still stuck in the ’80s. He’s a vile individual.”
Last night, Sharp said: “Last Friday, I made a joke on stage which was not well received.
“I upset one individual in particular and for that I am truly sorry.
“I apologised at the event to anyone who was offended and I have apologised to the individual personally too.”

Manchester United fans joke Jamie Carragher went from 7UP to Coke Zero as Liverpool crumble against Bournemouth
Manchester United fans were quick to mock Jamie Carragher after Liverpool’s loss to Bournemouth.
The Reds succumbed to defeat in disappointing fashion against the south coast side, who were bottom of the Premier League before Saturday’s kick-off.

Philip Billing scored the only goal of the match as Mohamed Salah blasted a penalty wide in what was a contrasting display from their performance against United last week.
The Red Devils were thrashed 7-0, with Carragher revelling in colleague Gary Neville’s misery as he made a number of jokes on air and on social media.
And while working for CBS Sports for their Champions League coverage midweek, the ex-Liverpool star was spotted drinking a can of 7UP, making another reference to United’s gruelling defeat.
But after failing to score against Bournemouth, United fans hit back at the 45-year-old – with cans of Coke Zero.
One fan tweeted: “Have a Coke Zero, you’ll feel better.”
Another posted: “From being a 7up to a Coke Zero in 7 days……. The shame!”

While this fan said: “Need Neville to come into MNF with a can of Coke Zero.”
“Liverpool fans went from 7-up memes to Coke Zero memes in six days,” a fifth wrote.
With United set to play against struggling Southampton, they have every chance of extending their lead over Liverpool to ten points – exactly where they were before being beaten 7-0.

And the defeat is also a huge blow for the Reds in their hunt for a top four spot amid a dismal campaign for Jurgen Klopp.
