The England goalkeeper was the odds-on bookies’ favourite to become the second straight Lioness to land the coveted award following Beth Mead’s triumph last year. Mary looked sensational for the evening as she donned a black plunging gown with a sheer lace detail. The footballer’s garment also featured a cut out detail along the midriff while she styled her tresses into loose waves for the event. Meanwhile Jill cut a dazzling figure as she donned a sparkly white rhinestone covered top which with was adorned with light blue feathers around the cuffs. The footballer paired the top with some pale blue tailored trousers as she beamed alongside Scottish footballer Jen Beattie. She completed her look with a baby blue handbag and metallic silver heels, while her hair was swept back in a French braid.
