A smile a day (or maybe 2 or 3 if we’re being generous) keeps the negativity away. Studies even suggest that smiling can help us recover faster from stress and reduce our blood pressure. It also helps release feel-good neuropeptides, which are tiny molecules that allow neurons to communicate, and they can fight off stress and brighten your day.
