In June, the Chinese phone maker debuted its Honor 70 smartphone with premium specs, including 12GB RAM and triple 54MP cameras. Now, Honor hosted a significant two-day launch event in China yesterday, where we saw the premiere of the MagicOS 7.0 interface. Still, the critical hardware announcements – including three new phones – were still reserved.

Concerning the display, the Honor 80 and Honor 80 SE specs flaunt a 6.67-inch OLED with a 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. The Honor 80 Pro specs feature a 6.78-inch OLED with 1224 x 2700 pixels.
In addition, regarding the operating system, the Honor 80 arrives with Qualcomm Snapdragon 782G chipset, while the Honor 80 SE drives the MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC. Powering the Honor 80 Pro device is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 flagship chipset. Concerning storage, the Honor 80 SE sports 8GB/ 12GB of RAM and 256GB ROM (no card slot). Meanwhile, the Honor 80 and Honor 80 Pro models pack three variants: 256GB/ 8GB RAM, 256GB/ 12GB RAM, and 512GB/ 12GB RAM (no card slot). How about the photography department? The Honor 80 cameras sport a triple 160MP primary lens + 8MP ultrawide shooter + 2MP macro snapper on the back. It also supports a 32MP front-facing sensor.
