“If not that I born for you, I would have said God pun!sh you” – Simi engages in hilarious banter with husband, Ad

January 25, 2023 by humorouz Leave a Comment

Celebrity couple and singers, Simi and Adekunle Gold, have sparked lovely reactions online over a funny video of them throwing bants at each other.

Simi, who posted the video on TikTok recently, captured the moment she and her husband threw jabs at each other and captioned it, “POV: You’re married to an ingrate”.

In the video, the mother of one is seen plaiting her husband’s hair and giving a commentary on the braiding process.

When she finished plaiting the hair and adorned it with beads, she asked her husband for his feedback on the hairstyle and the quality of her service.

Instead of appreciating her, Adekunle Gold playfully advised her to stick to making music because she can’t be successful at hairdressing.

He added that she was too slow and talked too much while plaiting his hair which is not appropriate. He further advised her to go and learn speed if she wants to prosper as an hair stylist.

Reacting, the “duduke” crooner was slightly offended by her husband’s remark and said she would have cursed him if he was not the father of her child.

“If not that I born for you, I would have said God punish you”, Simi said.

Watch the clip below,

The video has elicited sweet reactions from netizens who gushed over the love Simi and Adekunle Gold share.

Crazy Pizza esclusa dalle migliori d’Italia, Briatore: “Io gioco in un altro campionato, ho ristoranti di lusso”

January 24, 2023 by humorouz Leave a Comment

Lindsay Lohan and her new husband, Bader Shammas, looked every inch the happy couple as they posed together in front of a white Christmas tree on Christmas eve.

The Freaky Friday star shared the heartfelt snaps with her 11.9M Instagram followers on Saturday and captioned the post, ‘Merry Christmas Everyone!’

The Mean Girls actress looked lovely in a green satin blouse with her long auburn hair down over her shoulders, a touch of makeup, and a red lip stain.

Feeling festive: Lindsay Lohan looked pretty as she posed for Christmas snaps with her husband Bader Shammas in front of their white Christmas tree

Bader, 49, looked handsome and fit in a cream sweater with his hair short and a well-groomed beard.

Since getting hitched in April, the 36-year-old actress and handsome spouse have been living overseas.

Last month, Lindsay opened up about her new life in Dubai as she visited Live with Kelly and Ryan.

‘It’s not much different, uh, it’s like life anywhere else. It’s a city, and I mean it is a built, man-made city, but um, it’s beautiful, it’s, there’s no paparazzi, so that’s a whole different thing there,’ Lohan said.

Making a comeback: Lohan has been promoting her new Netflix Christmas film, Falling for Christmas, which is her first major role in more than a decade. The plot follows a young, newly engaged heiress who has a skiing accident in the days before Christmas

Cute couple: The 36-year-old actress is shown with new husband Bader last month at a special screening of Falling For Christmas in New York City

In August, friends close to Lindsay told HollywoodLife that the newlyweds are planning on having a child and want to start a family together.

‘Lindsay and Bader have obviously talked about starting a family and it is something that they both want,’ said her close pal.

The source added, ‘Lindsay is finally at a place in her life where she can raise a baby. She wanted a baby before she had met Bader and she has talked openly about wanting to adopt.

Netflix film: Lohan recently promoted her new Christmas film Falling for Christmas which has been receiving good reviews

‘Lindsay has so much love to give, but right now, that isn’t her top priority. She is focused on her career and enjoying life with the love of her life.’

Lohan recently made her return to the big screen and has been promoting her new Christmas film, Falling for Christmas, which has received good reviews.

Lindsay’s new Netflix film marks her first major role in more than a decade.

The plot of her new movie follows a young, newly engaged heiress who has a skiing accident in the days before Christmas.

New love: The Mean Girls star gushed about her new husband Bader Shammas

Christmas movie: Lindsay is shown as Sierra, Chord Overstreet as Jake, Olivia Perez as Avy and Bus Riley as Chestnut Vendor in a still from Falling For Christmas

After she is diagnosed with amnesia, she finds herself in the care of a handsome Lodge owner named Jake, played by Glee alum Chord Overstreet.

Lindsay sings Jingle Bell Rock in the film after famously performing the holiday song with Santa’s Helpers in the 2004 teen comedy Mean Girls.

Lohan’s voice is also heard during the credits at the end of the show.

Fantasy comedy: Jamie Lee and Lindsay are shown in a still from the 2003 fantasy-comedy Freaky Friday

In a recent interview with People, Lindsay said she got ‘so close with everyone’ on the film set that she cried when the production wrapped.

Lindsay added, ‘With Falling for Chirstmas, I hadn’t been on a romantic comedy movie set in so long — it was almost like a rebirth.’

Falling For Christmas is now streaming on Netflix.

Luke Combs Says Seeing Son Tex Smile at Him Is ‘Biggest Reward’

January 23, 2023 by humorouz Leave a Comment

Luke Combs is one of the fastest-to-fame artists in modern country music, but nothing could have prepared him for how swiftly fatherhood would hit him.

“The most challenging is just jumping into it,” he tells Taste of Country, speaking about becoming a father for the first time. “There’s no warm-up period. It’s like getting thrown into a pool and you don’t know how to swim. I would compare it to that. That’s the most challenging.”

The “Going, Going, Gone” hitmaker spoke with Taste of Country Nights host Evan Paul backstage ahead of the 2022 CMA Awards. In addition to being thrown into the deep end, he says it’s been challenging to establish a work-life balance, especially without help.

“Figuring it out with, you know, obviously my schedule is super crammed,” he explains, “And me and my wife don’t have any help, so it’s just me and her. So that is definitely a huge challenge.”

However, those challenges don’t come without rewards — Combs and his wife, Nicole, are five months into life as parents to their first child, a little boy named Tex. The couple are soaking in every little milestone along the way, like Tex holding his bottle on his own for the first time, which just happened this week.

“I would just say, really, it’s like the little things that are the biggest reward. Like when he does something for the first time. Just really when they smile at you, honestly,” the proud dad gushes.

Check Out Luke Combs’ best songs, and the songs that changed his life when so many others thought he wasn’t good enough to be a country star.

The ‘Got Toddlered’ Instagram page is the brainchild of Mike Julianelle, from Brooklyn. He’s also the founder of the massively popular ‘Dad and Buried’ social media project, and the creator of a podcast by the same name. He’s a fan of puns, wit, and good humor.

The last time that Bored Panda spoke with Mike, he quipped: “Look, I don’t hate my kids, I just hate parenting. That’s really all it boils down to, and is the premise behind all my Dad and Buried stuff—my blog, my Instagram page, my Facebook, and my podcast—and my Got Toddlered account.”

According to the founder of ‘Got Toddlered’ and ‘Dad and Buried,’ parenting is “challenging and frustrating and expensive and exhausting and stressful and boring.”

“And while my sons are often all of those things as well, I don’t regret having them. How dare you suggest such a thing just because I occasionally make jokes and memes that make it seem that way!” Mike told Bored Panda during an earlier interview.

“I mock and troll my kids, and I trash and ridicule parents and parenting, and myself, because that’s my sense of humor, and my sense of humor is what keeps me sane amidst the all-consuming hellscape of attempting to protect and raise ignorant, unformed, self-destructive miniature human beings,” he said.

Last time, Mike shared just how stressful things can get when you’ve got an entire family to take care of, not just yourself. “I recently had a job interview,” he opened up to Bored Panda back in 2019.

“Job interviews are stressful no matter what stage of life you’re at, but, like everything else, having children raises the stress exponentially. I’m not just providing for myself anymore, and the stakes are much higher now; the consequences of blowing a job interview are a lot more intense. And so was getting there, because I had to take my toddler with me,” he said earlier.

“Being unemployed, we can’t afford childcare, so I had to ride the subway, in a full suit, on one of the hottest days of the summer, with my toddler on my lap and/or napping next to me. Thankfully I didn’t have to bring him to the interview itself; I was able to drop him with my wife. The logistics of all of this— the scheduling, the traveling, the hand off, the carrying of a sleeping toddler across Manhattan while sweat poured off me like a waterfall, etc.—were incredibly complicated,” Mike said.

“None of this was ideal. But I had to do it, I had to put my best foot forward for the job, so I can provide for my family, and, more importantly, so I can get the hell out of my house. I can’t handle being a stay-at-home dad for another minute!” he joked.

Dealing with parental exhaustion and how to tell if you’re reading to be a parent are two topics that we’ve covered before here at Bored Panda. A while back, comedy writer and single mom Ariane Sherine shared with Bored Panda that parenting is very hard work that is very much worth it. Raising kids can be very tiring: sleep deprivation, poor diet choices, a lack of movement and social contact can all rear their heads.

However, as they grow and start going to school, parents find that they have more time to themselves. They can dedicate a few hours to pampering themselves, spending time with their beloved hobbies, working out, and meeting friends. And all of the other things that they feel they might’ve missed out while they were neck-deep in diapers and making airplane noises with spoonfuls of peas (yum!) in their hands.

“Your kid will probably grow out of whatever behavior they’re displaying now. The first four years are the most difficult. But at age 4, they go to school, and then you get your life back a bit, for at least six hours a day. See if you can get some help each week, whether that’s grandparents doing a bit of childcare or paying a childminder. Use the extra time to exercise self-care and pamper yourself, whether that means having a massage or just a soak in the bath—do things you wouldn’t be able to do while looking after your child,” mom Ariane told Bored Panda.

She added that she truly believes that an essential part of being a good parent is wanting to have kids. “If you don’t love the thought of being a mum or dad, you’re likely to resent having to put your children first. Secondly, that love for them is what powers you through the difficult times—and there will be difficult times. So do it because you know your life wouldn’t be complete if you don’t,” she said that parents will have to sacrifice a lot of their time and energy for their children. There’s no other way forward.

“You might not feel as though you’re doing a great job, but is your kid fed, clothed, warm, safe, happy and loved? Then you’re doing brilliantly—cut yourself some slack.”

Parenting blogger Samantha Scroggin, from Walking Outside in Slippers, pointed out to Bored Panda that there isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach to raising kids. Every single family is unique. What might work for one child might be the opposite of what another one needs.

Meanwhile, dating and relationship expert Dan Bacon, from The Modern Man, said that one of the main changes in a parent’s life is that they will have far less spare time to do the things they want: their kids want and need your attention.

“You are no longer a couple anymore. You are a couple and parents at the same time. It’s difficult to understand what it is like to be a parent without actually doing it,” he explained to Bored Panda. At the core of parenting lies being responsible for others. You have to take care of your family before even thinking of taking care of yourself. Failing to do that can strain your relationship with your kids.

But while you’re busy taking care of everyone else, don’t forget about yourself either. You won’t be able to do your best for your family if you’re running on empty. Asking for help and even having a laugh at some relatable parenting stories and pics can help you refuel. Don’t forget—parents are all in this together. No matter what part of the world they’re in.
