An elementary school PTA group in Ohio made morning drop-off lines bearable — by entertaining parents.

On Aug. 29, parents who drove to Austintown Elementary School in Youngstown for the first day of classes were greeted by a pop culture flashback: Traffic signs inspired by beloved celebrities.

“Can’t park here!” read a sign with an image of rapper MC Hammer in his “U Can’t Touch This” era.

“Tell the kids Bye, Bye, Bye” was printed on a second sign showing former boy band NSYNC, referencing their 2000 hit song.

“Hey girl, move your car all the way up,” stated a sign bearing actor Ryan Gosling representing his popular “Hey Girl” meme.

A sign with members of the girl group TLC read, “Don’t go blocking drop off lanes,” spoofing the 1994 hit song “Waterfalls.”

Another sign featured actor David Schwimmer’s “Friends” character Ross Geller holding a couch. “PIVOT!! Out of the drop off line!” it read. The joke is from a February 1999 episode in which Ross and his friends struggle to move a couch into his apartment.

The last sign showed a car wrapped in Saran plastic wrap along with the phrase, “Please stay in your vehicle.”

Jessica Lippillo, the president of the Austintown Elementary PTA, told TODAY Parents she was inspired by an Arizona school district that posted creative drop-off signs. Lippillo said she wanted to make parents smile too.

“Drop-off lines are hard,” she said. “Ours usually runs smoothly but this year, some of our kids are attending school for the first time ever because of COVID. Students and parents are feeling anxious and I wanted to alleviate their stress.”

The signs are for the parents’ enjoyment, clarified Lippillo, not the younger students, who probably won’t recognize the celebrities.

“My older kid knows about NSYNC because I listen to ’90s boy band music,” she joked, adding that amused parents have posted comments on Facebook like, “These aren’t for the kids — they’re for us!”

Lippillo had a second motive for posting the signs: “I wanted parents to see that the PTA has a sense of humor.”

The signs will stay put for another week, then will be removed to preserve them.

Lippillo, who is already thinking ahead to different end-of-year signs, said PTA members from all over the country have called her to ask about the signs. “That’s nice to see.”

Comedian Bill Maher sharply rebuked Democrats on his HBO show Friday for their “bad faith” attacks on House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.), who was recently the target of Democratic outrage after making a joke that involved House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

Maher’s comments came after a lengthy monologue lambasting the woke backlash against actor Matt Damon, who admitted last month he recently stopped using an anti-gay slur, only to say later that he has never said the word.

What did Maher say?

After condemning the “woke police” from “wokeville” for sentencing Damon to “wokecatraz,” Maher said he is “so tired of bad faith arguments.”

The “Real Time” host then pointed to Democratic outrage over something McCarthy said two weeks ago. As TheBlaze reported, McCarthy joked at a Republican fundraising dinner that, while referring to the House speaker’s gavel, “it will be hard not to hit her with it but I will bang it down” if Republicans regain the House majority after the 2022 midterm elections.

“Two weeks ago, Nancy Pelosi called Republican House leader Kevin McCarthy a moron. That’s not the bad faith part of the story. That’s the true part,” Maher began.

“But a few days later, McCarthy was speaking to a group of Republicans and said jokingly — but he is Kevin McCarthy — he said that if Republicans took the House in 2022, ‘I want you to watch Nancy Pelosi hand me that gavel, it will be hard not to hit her with it.’ Pelosi’s office called it a threat of violence. Hakeem Jeffries said violence against women is no laughing matter. And [Rep.] Eric Swalwell said McCarthy was a would be assailant who must resign,” Maher continued.

“Shut up. Shut the f*** up,” Maher said of McCarthy’s critics.

“This is what bad faith is,” Maher added. “You don’t really think it was a threat of violence or that anyone thinks such violence would be a laughing matter, or that Kevin McCarthy is a would be assailant any more than anyone thinks Matt Damon’s a homophobe.”

बता दें कि करीना कपूर की दोस्ती अमृता अरोड़ा और उनकी बहन मलाइका अरोड़ा से सालों पुरानी है. मलाइका अरोड़ा की बात करें तो उन्होंने भी बहन अमृता को एक स्वीट फोटो पोस्ट कर विश किया है. मलाइका ने अमृता के साथ फोटोज शेयर कर लिखा- ‘हमेशा तुम्हारे साथ हूं मेरी छोटी बहन, तुम पर नजर रहती है. आशा है हम हमेशा साथ हंसेंगे, रोएंगे, लड़ेंगे, खाएंगे, खाना बनाएंगे, साथ घूमेंगे…ढेर सारा प्यार…हैप्पी बर्थडे अमृता अरोड़ा.”
